Thank you for shopping with Nature Pure Craft. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in unused, unopened, and original sealed packaging;

  • It must be in the same condition as received;

  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase;

  • The product must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded at our discretion.

3. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damages and Issues

We take quality and accuracy seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or quantity)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at Team@naturepurecraft.co.uk with your order number and supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or solution depending on the circumstances.

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for compensation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with;

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase;

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products (if applicable);

  • Custom or personalized orders.

 

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then place a new order for the replacement product.

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges at this time.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment;

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect;

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at Team@naturepurecraft.co.uk with your order number.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
