📦 Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

  • Same-Day Dispatch:
    All orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

  • Weekend Orders:
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.

  • Order Confirmation & Tracking:
    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

 

✅ Express Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

  • Flat Rate: £5.99

  • Tracked delivery service via Royal Mail, Evri, or another reliable courier.

  • Delivery usually occurs within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Available Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

 

🎁 FREE Express Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

  • Spend £70 or more (subtotal) on your order to qualify.

  • Automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

  • Same benefits as our standard Express Delivery, free of charge!

 

📬 Saturday Delivery

  • Want to receive your parcel on a Saturday?

  • Add Saturday Delivery for just £6.99 extra at checkout.

  • Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on Friday.

  • Subject to availability and valid for UK mainland only.

 

📦 Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging in line with our sustainability values.


❗ Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any updates and assist in resolving delivery issues.
